Bad Streaming!

Let me start out by saying I LOVE KMOV & watch the morning news via live stream as well as special events they live stream. BUT, there is nothing more aggravating than trying to watch something important & have the stream freeze on you or the video is still running with no audio. I tried to watch the live stream of Officer Blake Snyders funeral & it kept freezing or there was video & no audio.
Also, in the mornings while watching the morning news, is it necessary to play the same commercial FOUR TO FIVE TIMES IN A ROW??!
Need to work on some app improvements KMOV!!
